Hello! My name is Raven McBride and I use they/them/theirs pronouns. I am a senior at Newton North High School in Newton MA. I am a major in TV Media Arts, with a focus on the production aspect of the industry. I love directing, camera work, and acting. My favorite genres are romance, horror, and action. My goal is to be in the industry directing, acting, or doing camera work for horror, romance, movies, and/or TV shows.

My favorite colors are mint, burgundy, hot pink, black, royal blue, dark purple, and dark green. My favorite movie is either Alien (for the lighting effects) or The Maze Runner (for the chase scenes). My favorite TV shows are Teen Wolf, 911, 911 Lone Star, and Shadow Hunters. My favorite weather is thunderstorms before it starts raining and the sky gets really dark. My favorite animals are goats, giraffes, tigers, jaguars, and orcas. My favorite music artists are jxdn, billie eilish, the kid laroi, and mgk.
I had a tough upbringing medical wise. I was born into this world with kidney reflex which thankfully went away with antibiotics. When I was five and a half, my apendix ruptured and I was hospitalized. I underwent surgery to have it removed. After that I was diagnosed with ibs-c which I managed pretty well. In the fall of 2022 I was diagnosed with chronic pain in my abdomen. After doing a program through the Boston childeren's hospital called the pprc (pediatric pain rehabilitation center) in the spring of 2023, I was able to manage my pain. I battle obstacles everyday but I am also the most hardworking and dedicated person you will meet.
